Do not forget to bring your 6’ table and a green tablecloth. (Unless other arrangements have been made) Chairs will be provided. There will some snacks for purchase as well vending machines.

 

The Port Jefferson Village Center is located at 101-A East Broadway. It is the large red building just east of Danfords Inn. Set up for the event begins at 10:00 a.m. and must be completed by 12:30 p.m. The fest begins at 1:00 pm.

 

Vendors may unload your materials at the front main entrance of the Village Center. Volunteers will be available to direct you to your assigned spot. We request that you unload your materials as quickly as possible keeping in mind that other Exhibitors will need to do the same.

 

For those few, who will be outside, please go to the registration table where you will be directed to the Harbor Front park, the turn-around Island or the East gravel parking lot alongside of the Village Center.

 

Parking:

 

Once unloaded, we ask that everyone find parking away from the Village Center so that parking will be available for our visitors. The Brookhaven Town Lot located on West Broadway, just past the Ferry Terminal is available and should have ample space. There is a required parking sticker needed for ALL vehicles. There is also parking available in the Village Lots. Keep in mind that if you are not a resident of Port Jefferson Village and do not have your village sticker, you must pay for parking in all the Village parking lots at one of the meter stations. The cost is .25 cents per half hour and you may pre-load the meter for as many hours as needed.

 

Musicians:

 

You will be performing on the lawn area just right of the traffic circle. Drop off any equipment & find parking. Go Solar (power trailer) outside perimeter of traffic circle.

 

Car Dealerships:

All ‘Green’ vehicles will be located on the outer perimeter of the parks traffic circle.

 

Volunteers:

 

Volunteers must check in upon arrival. You will also be given a ‘Volunteer Badge’. We would like to present ourselves and represent the Chamber of Commerce in as professional a manner as possible and would like to coordinate our attire. Please wear a green top and either beige or khaki pants or shorts. Please keep in mind that set-up begins @ 10:00 a.m and is the most critical aspect of the Green Fest. You will asked to help vendors set-up & break-down.

Breakdown:

 

The Fest ends at 6PM. We request that everyone do his or her part in helping to dispose of any trash and to leave your exhibitor area the way you found it upon your arrival. Also all vendors are strongly requested to stay the entire length of the Fest.
