I am honored to be chairing this important event since everyone, everywhere is becoming more conscious of our environment and we are all learning how to protect and guard it for future generations. What’s going on in the environment affects us all, and the answer today is to “Go Green”, become environmentally and eco-friendly, start reducing our carbon footprint and live in a healthier world.
I am proud to say that we at the Greater Port Jefferson Chamber of Commerce are proactive and Green-Minded. We are hosting this event to educate, inform, entertain and enlighten people on how to make choices for a “Greener” world.
Our Village participates! Our School District’s Environmental Club, Our Library, Local Hybrid Car Dealers, LISEC, SBU’s Drumming Circle, Local Musicians, Solar Vendors, HVAC Vendors, Live Demonstrations, Children’s Activities and Events, and so many more caring participants.
This year you can drop off your small electronics, empty printer cartridges, and old cell phones and help our Chamber raise $$$ and save our planet thru our new vendor… Planet Green Recycle.

Enjoy Snacks by PJ Chamber Partner ‘Knot of This World’ for their original pretzels sticks. Participate with our NEW interactive creative art experience. A recycled tiered sculpture where visitors are asked to paint and let their creativity shine through. Artists will assist and mentor!
