Her professionalism and personal touch really helped diminish the stress involved in relocating from afar with two small children, even though a few unforeseen bumps in the road! We interviewed several realtors when we decided to sell our home. We had already found a new home that we wanted to purchase, so it was important to get our house listed and sold as soon as possible without undervaluing it. We interviewed 3 realtors, and Jolie clearly had the best appreciation of the uniqueness of our 1860-s Victorian home, and knowledge of the Port Jefferson real estate market. Jolie came through and had our house sold within a week of first meeting her. She guided us through the entire process and was always responsive to text messages or phone calls. She often gave us candid advice that was very valuable. She also served as our agent for our purchase and helped us navigate getting our old house sold and the new one purchased. Jolie knows the local market extremely well and also has an impressive network of contacts that were reliably professional and competent, helping us on things outside Jolie’s expertise (inspectors, plumbers, etc…). Looking back, we feel that picking Jolie as our agent was absolutely the right choice.
